# Amendment

Frak may change the Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify you by any written means (including email) at least 30 calendar days before they come into effect. The modified Terms and Conditions are applicable as soon as they become effective. If User does not agree to these changes, he must unsubscribe from the Services as described. If User uses the Services after our amended Terms and Conditions become effective, Frak will consider User to have accepted them
